Profiler is not profiling when attached to running Standalone build
To reproduce:
1. Open any project, set Profiler to Record mode
2. Build and Run the project in Standalone
3. While built project is running, observe Profiler
Expected: Profiler is up and running
Actual: Profiler does not run
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.2.0a3
Not reproduced in: 2017.3.1p3, 2018.1.0b10
