Profile Analyzer - Marker Detail bars are being drawn on top of the headers when scrolling
How to reproduce:
1. Download the user-submitted data file(capture.pdata)
2. Create a new Unity project and import the Profile Analyzer package
3. Load the capture
4. Slowly scroll the list of Marker Details for currently selected range and see the Median bars
Expected result: the Median bars are not drawn on top of the header
Actual result: the Median bars are drawn on top of the header
Reproducible with: 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1(package unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: preview.6 - 0.4.0, preview.1 - 0.6.0
