[Profile Analyzer] Frame View's tooltip "total time" shows previous selection's time when rapidly changing frames
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "ProfileAnalyze.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Profile Analyzer window, Load "case_1229216-capture.pdata"
3. Drag-select frames 100-150, right-click -> "Zoom Selection"
4. Click Frame 123 and hover mouse over until tooltip appears
5. Click Frame 124 and hover mouse over until tooltip appears
6. Rapidly repeat steps 4-5
Expected result: Total time for 1 selected frame displays the frame's time
Actual result: Total time for 1 selected frame sometimes displays the previous frame's time
Reproducible with: 2018.4.8f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1 (package version unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.5.0-preview.1, 0.6.0-preview.1
Could not test with package versions: 0.4.0-preview.3, 0.4.0-preview.6 (different tooltip format)
