[ProBuilder] Probuilder Shape's material is reset to previous one when material has been applied via object picker
To reproduce:
1. Open any project with ProBuilder set up
2. Create a ProBuilder shape and select it
3. In Inspector window, assign a different material to the shape via Inspector's object picker
4. Make the shape a prefab / try exporting it via ProBuilder
Expected: shape retains it's assigned material
Actual: shape reverts to previous material
Reproduced in: Probuilder 3.0.9
Not reproduced in: ProBuilder 4.0.2, 4.0.3
