[ProBuilder] Polyshape with invalid point does not change its height
Polyshape with invalid point does not change its height.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Go to Window > Package Manager > ProBuilder > Install.
3. Go to > Tools > ProBuilder > ProBuilder window.
4. Click on New Poly Shape.
5. Create a poly shape in the scene with an invalid point.
6. Press Spacebar on the keyboard and move the mouse.
Note:
1. Video is attached for the reference.
Actual result:
Polyshape with invalid point does not change its height.
Expected result:
Polyshape height changes even if it has invalid points.
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.0f2, 2018.1.09f

Resolution Note:
Shapes with invalid points should not be constructed at all, this was fixed in 8fe715f63a7236ddee6e38936045c3fbd3d1643d
