Premultiplied alpha issue on HDRP
Reported on the forum. Lit material on HDRP output alpha differently if set to Transparent and blending mode to premultiply.

Reproduction Steps:
* Open repro project
* Add a image sequence recorder with the source set to Targeted camera
* Set the file format to png and enable include alpha
* Start recording
Current result:
* Alpha output is not the same
Expected result
* Alpha should be the same between what we see in game view and the recording.
