[PostProcessing] Override trackball points don't keep up with the mouse
*Repro:*
# Create a new URP project.
# Add a Volume component to an empty GameObject.
# Give the Volume a new or existing profile.
# Add OverrideĀ -> Lift, Gamma, Gain / Shadows, Midtones, Highlights
# Try to move the circle in the trackballs.
*Expected Result:* The circle moves with the mouse.
*Actual Result:* See attached GIF. The circle moves slower than the mouse. This causes a problem if you have a single monitor, as trying to adjust the point leftmost trackball needs multiple click and drag motions due to the mouse being stopped by the edge of the screen.

Reproducible in: 2023.2.0b2, 2022.3.3f1, 2020.3.48f1
Marking as not a regression.

Resolution Note:
Color grading can be highly sensitive, so ensuring larger mouse movements translate to smaller trackball changes is by-design. The same behavior can be observed in other industry-standard color grading software like DaVinci Resolve.
