[Plugins] dll shouldn't be queried by IsAssemblyCompatible, missing IsInternalOrCompiledAssembly check
Fixed in 5.3.0p1. Just have a project with managed plugin inside with name like "Something.UnityEngine.dll"

I have a similar problem but with my C#.dll files:
Assets/MyUnityGame_Data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll' shouldn't be queried by IsAssemblyCompatible, missing IsInternalOrCompiledAssembly check ?...

Even though the title let me to this issue, I don't think the description is very informative so I'll add a little more based on my question here http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/1110329/problem-compiling-for-unity-53-with-visual-studio.html
Up until now I've been able to write code and compile using Visual Studio and then copy the assemblies to the Unity project. However after updating to Unity 5.3 this no longer works for me.
Now when I use a Visual Studio compiled assembly in Unity I'm getting quite a few error log entries like this
'Assets/UnityContrib/Assemblies/UnityContrib.UnityEngine.dll' shouldn't be queried by IsAssemblyCompatible, missing IsInternalOrCompiledAssembly check ?

I have not changed anything in the assembly itself.
