[PLM] Terrain baking is stalled
While baking with Progressive Lightmapper, multiple errors are thrown into console and it stalls the baking process indefinitely.
Steps for reproduction:
1) Download the project `Terrain` below and open the scene `t1`
2) Start baking
3) Observe the errors in editor console and baking hangs
Notes:
- occurs in rev. bc2668834c45 (2017.3.0b1)
- doesn't occur in rev. 2bdce6e797f4 (2017.3.0a7)
