A Fatal Error is thrown when opening a project after deleting and copying an asset into the project
Repro steps:
1. Copy the prefab CrasherPrefab.prefab somewhere outside of the project folder
2. Open the project in Unity
3. Delete the CrasherPrefab.prefab
4. Close Unity
5. Copy the prefab back to the project folder
6. Open the project again
Actual: A Fatal Error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.2.14f1, 2018.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.14f1, 2018.3.0b8, 2019.1.0a6
