Packman: Import & Remove popups are inconsistent
Steps to reproduce:
- Open or create a project
- Go to "Window" ->"Package Manager"
- Go to the "My Assets" section
- If you don't have any assets please download them (for example "Food pack - 3D Microgames Add-Ons")
- Click on a "+" on the import button
- Observe the "Import Unity Package" window
- Check that all assets would be checked and click "Import"
- Verify, that assets were imported
- Go back to the "Package Manager" and find the same asset package
- Select the "Remove asset from project" option, which is displayed under the "In Project" button
- Observe the "Remove" window
Expected result: Windows should be consistent:
- Window titles should be consistent;
- The package title should display the same info. Not only the title but and the package number;
- Image or Unity Logo should be displayed in both windows
- "All" and "None" buttons should be in the same locations;
- Spaces between the assets should be the same;
Actual result: Windows present info differently. UI is inconsistent. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a23, 2023.1.2f1.
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.4f1, 2021.3.28f1 as "Remove" functionality doesn't exist in these streams.

Resolution Note:
The 'Import' window UI should match the 'Remove' window that has been recently re-designed but we do not know when this is going to land.
