[OSX] File dialog window position locked after clicking ‘Open’ in Unity Launcher
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open Unity
2.Click on ‘Open’ to open the file dialog window
3.Attempt to move the file dialog window
Expected results:
You are able to move the window around
Actual results:
Window position is locked to the Launcher
Reproduced on: macOS 10.12, macOS 10.12.6
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0a6, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.1.0p5, 5.6.3p2, 5.5.4p4
Didn’t reproduce in: 5.4.6f2
Note #1: Closing and opening the file dialog again fixes the issue.
Note #2: This issue causes additional problems for multiple display users, because clicking on a different display while the file dialog is loading attempts to open it on that display, however since the file dialog window is attached to the Launcher, the window cannot be rendered on a different display than the Launcher, making it hidden offscreen
