[GL][Windows] Player crashes when using fullscreen with non-native resolution
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run win standalone
3. Uncheck windowed
4. Select non-native (smaller) resolution
5. Start
6. Crash (folder with log and dump is available inside the project)
No stacktrace available
Old OpenGL gets stuck on loading with some artefacts and crashes driver when closing, GLCore instantly crashes
