Only one of the selected tracks in Timeline is deleted when deleting through right click Delete button
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Case_1117712_Selected.zip"
2. Select Main Camera GameObject
3. Open TimeLine Window
4. Select multiple tracks
5. Right-click on one of them
6. Click Delete button
Expected result: All of the selected tracks are deleted
Actual result: Only the track that was clicked on is deleted
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0b4, 2018.3.2f1, 2019.1.0a3, 2019.2.0a1
Not reproducible with - 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.0a2
