[Oculus] Splash screen remains in first scene when VR mode disabled initially
1) Setup Oculus CV1
2) Ensure Oculus is the preferred and only SDK in the VR SDK list
3) Click on the Main Camera object
4) Note the VR Toddlge Componenet attached to the camera
5) Note that M Enabled is unchecked (This means VR mode will be disabled in a start function)
6) Now build and run the player
7) Put on the headset
8) Observe the splash screen render
9) After the splash screen fades, observe the hourglass in the corner (this is correct as VR mode is disabled)
10) Enable VR mode by pressing 'E'
11) Observe that the splash screen graphic is now a part of the first scene (the scene with all of the cubes) This is the bug.
