Null reference exception errors are thrown when Signal Receiver component is shown in two Inspector windows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open original project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Open Timeline window
4. Select "Panel" GameObject from Hierarchy window
5. Lock the inspector
6. Open a new Inspector tab
7. While "Panel" GameObject is selected, press on Signal Emitter in the Timeline window
Expected result: You can see both signal receivers, no errors are thrown.
Actual result: One of the "Signal Reciever" components gets corrupted and NullReferenceExeption errors are thrown into a console.
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a12, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
Not reproduced in 2019.1.0a11
Notes: Unity Timeline built-in package was introduced in 2019.1.0a11, so I could not reproduce in previous Unity versions.
