NonRecursiveDependencyCalculation causes a prefab to not load correctly when unchecking its addressable property and rebuilding addressables without clearing the cache
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “IN-12086_NonRecursiveBuildIssue“ project and open the “SampleScene“ scene
2. Addressables Groups window > Play Mode Script > Use Existing Build
3. Addressables Groups window > Build > Clear Build Cache > All
4. Addressables Groups window > Build > New Build > Default Build Script
5. Enter Play mode and click the “Button” button (a blue square appears)
6. Exit Play mode and select the “Cube” prefab in the Project window
7. Uncheck the Addressable checkbox in the Inspector
8. Addressables Groups window > Build > New Build > Default Build Script
9. Enter Play mode and click the “Button” button
Expected result: A blue square appears
Actual result: A white square appears and a NullReferenceException is logged
Reproduced in: 1.20.0 (2020.3.39f1), 1.20.5 (2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a8)

Notes:
1. Clearing the cache (step 3) before rebuilding (step 8) produces the expected result
