No values are returned when using AddressableProfileSettings.GetValueByName
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Go to BugReport -> Print paths
3. Observe the Console
Expected result: the Console returns the paths defined in Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Profiles
Actual result: the Console returns empty paths
Reproducible with: 1.19.4 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 1.18.15 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9)
