"No System Matches Your Search" message is not centered and horizontal scrollbar remains in the Entities "System" window when search returns no results
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager -> Unity Registry -> ECS -> Install
3. Go to Window -> Entities -> Systems
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. In the Systems window, enter any string that doesn't have matches in the search bar
6. Observe the position of "No System Matches Your Search" message
Expected results: The message is centered
Actual results: The message is not centered or located underneath the columns
Reproducible with: 6000.5.0a2, 6000.5.0a5
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a1
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
