"No System Matches Your Search" message is cropped when entering the Play Mode with the string in the search with no results and columns are too wide
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager -> Unity Registry -> ECS -> Install
3. Go to Window -> Entities -> Systems -> make sure to dock the window
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. In the Systems window, enter any string that doesn't have matches in the search bar and resize the columns so the scrollbar appears
6. Exit and reenter the Play Mode and observe the "No System Matches Your Search" message in the "Systems" window
Expected results: The message text wraps correctly
Actual results: The message is not wrapped unless you move something inside the window
Reproducible with: 6000.5.0a5
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a4
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
