No snapping occurs when aligning the Shader Graph node with the another node
How to reproduce:
1. Create a URP project
2. Create any Shader Graph
3. Open the Shader Graph and create any two nodes
4. Try placing one node aligned with another
Expected results: When the alignment guidelines appear, releasing the node near the guidelines automatically snaps it to them
Actual results: Alignment guidelines are shown even when the node has a big offset, releasing the node close to guidelines doesn't snap it to them
Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
