No collision appears when one of the colliding GameObjects has Non-Convex Mesh Collider and Kinematic Rigidbody
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1262418.zip"
2. Open the "Test" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: "Sphere" GameObject collides with "Ground" GameObject
Actual result: "Sphere" GameObject falls trough "Ground" GameObject
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a14
