Navmesh agent get stuck when they're all aiming for the same target.

Repro Steps:

1. Launch Unity with attached project
2. Load scene named Level 0 - last stand
3. Hit play and progress to wave 2 where more agents are instantiated
4. At somepoint they begin to head towards the strawberries (target) and they may get stuck when trying to cross paths
5. Observe screenshot showing Nav Mesh Agent and Navigation bake settings

I am not sure if this is poor level design etc or something we can avoid our end?
