Multiplayer tab doesn't refresh automatically on opening any more
I believe that it is regression, but I am not sure ...
This reproduces on both Staging and Production only in 5.3 - doesn't repro on 5.4.0b22

How we can reproduce it
1 Open Unity Editor and Connect it to Services project with configured Multiplayer part
2 Go to Connect window -> Multiplayer tab and notice that it shows configuration
3 Unlink this project in Connect window
4 Create new project in Connect window and open Multiplayer tab
Actual result: Multiplayer tab shows configuration of previous project
Expected results: Multiplayer tab should refresh results and show that there is no configuration for this project (as it is new and doesn't have configuration yet)
