[MSE] No check to see if build index greater than 0 is valid or not by SceneManager.LoadScene API
Steps to repro:
1. Launch the attached project
2. Open scene1
3. Open the LoadLevel script and change the index to anything greater than 0 and save
4. Now click on play
Note that there is no check by the API to see if its an valid build index or not.
