Moving GameObjects appear translucent when using Camera.Render() with motion blur applied
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-84036” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the result
5. Select the “Main Camera” in the Hierarchy
6. Enable the Camera component in the Inspector
7. Observe the result
Expected result: The cubes are rendered correctly in both steps 4 and 7, with the cubes appearing solid
Actual result: The cubes appear solid in step 7, and partly translucent in step 4
Reproducible in: 2023.2.0a8, 6000.0.19f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.46f1, 2023.2.0a7
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Hello.
The SRP framework does not officially support the Camera.Render() API. Instead, you should use the SubmitRenderRequest API.
