MoveRotation does not rotate the GameObject when it has a Nav Mesh Agent component and RigidBody component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-76810_repro“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Both GameObjects are rotating
Actual result: GameObject “c“ does not rotate
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-exp.4 (2021.3.38f1), 1.1.5 (2022.3.30f1), 2.0.0 (6000.0.4f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Reproducible in Player

Resolution Note:
This will not work because both Physics and NavMesh are updating the same Transform. Only one of them may be in control at a given time, so the Physics component should be set to Kinematic.
