Mouse and touch inputs are reported with decimals on OSX in editor Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene DebugScene.unity
3. Play the scene
4. Click anywhere in the game view
- Note that the touch inputs are reported with decimals in the console
- This happens in the editor and in the OSX standalone build
- This does not happen on iOS
- Reproduced in Version 5.2.4f1 (98095704e6fe), Version 5.3.4f1 (fdbb5133b820), Version 5.4.0b19 (57f24ff20089)

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
macOS reports mouse coordinates with sub-pixel accuracy. Games can take advantage of that extra precision or use Mathf.Floor to keep the integer part only
