[Mono] Socket.ReceiveAsync(Memory<T>, SocketFlags) doesn't change the underlying array of memory
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode
2. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors appear in the console window
Actual result: "AssertionException: Assertion failure. Values are not equal.
Expected: 0 == 128" error appears in the console window
Reproduced with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.18f1, 2023.2.0b15, 2023.3.0a11
