[Metal][URP] GameObjects with Tessalation Shader get artifacts/become corrupted when LOD group is changed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "TessellationIssue-2021.2.zip" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Zoom in/out the GameObjects found in the Scene view to change the LOD group
Expected results: The GameObjects don't have any gaps/artifacts
Actual results: The GameObjects have gaps/artifacts
Reproducible with: 12.1.5 (2021.2.15f1), 13.1.6 (2022.1.0b10), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a7)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.30f1) (downgrading breaks the project, empty errors appear)
Note:
- Not reproducible on Windows using Vulkan, DX11, OpenGLES Graphic APIs
