[MeshCollider][SphereCast] Does not detect some triangles when radius is set to 0
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Open "SphereCastFail" scene.
3. Select "TestSphereCast" game object.
4. Expand "Test Sphere Cast" component.
- Notice the green line piercing "Building_2x2_1stFloor_04_Collider" Mesh Collider(Picture attached).
Not reproducible if:
* Mesh collider is swapped with a box collider.
* Sphere cast is swapped with a ray cast.
