[MemoryProfiler] Owned Size column doesn't show the full content sizes of strings and arrays - only the size of their objects
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "case_1145555-MemoryProfilerTest"
2. Capture a memory snapshot with the Memory Profiler package window (of either the editor or of Play Mode)
3. In the Memory Profiler Window observe any table containing the "Owned Size" column e.g. the one at the bottom in the "Tree Map" view or any of the "Table" views such as "All Managed Objects" etc.
Expected result: the "Owned Size" column shows the whole length dependent size in bytes for arrays and strings
Actual result: the "Owned Size" column shows 24 bytes for all System.String type entries and 16 bytes for all array entries
Reproducible with package: 0.1.0-preview.6
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a9, 2018.3.13f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a12
Could not test with: 2017.4.26f1 (no package manager), 2018.3.0a8 (unable to open the Memory Profiler Window)
