[Memory Profiler] Total Committed Memory Tracking Status information is clipped
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Window > Analysis > Memory Profiler
3. Select "Compare Snapshots" and select snaps
4. Observe "Total Committed Memory Tracking Status" information
Expected result: text is visible
Actual result: the text is hidden and can't be moved to make it visible
