Memory Leak warnings appear when creating a Prefab
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user-attached "My project (2).zip" project
2. Create a new GameObject in the Hierarchy window
3. Drag the created GameObject to the Project window to create a Prefab
4. Observe the Console
Expected results: No warnings appear in the Console
Actual results: Two warnings appear in the Console
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b12
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.14f1
Reproducible on: macOS 13.5 (M1) (Reported by the user)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
