Materials are rendered after RenderPipelineManager.endCameraRendering when using HDRP on Windows 11
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "win11_hdrp_endcamerarendering_issue" project
2. Open the “OutdoorScene” and enter Play Mode
3. Observe the color of the sphere in the Game view
4. Observe the color of the material in the Assets tab or the Inspector window
Expected result: The sphere and material are both colored red in the Game view and the Assets/Inspector windows
Actual result: The sphere is colored green in the Game view and the material is colored red in the Assets/Inspector windows
Reproducible in: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: macOS 12, macOS 14.2.1
