Material changes are not visible in the Game/Scene view when the Animation Component with Renderer Property has been deleted
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "MaterialPropertyBlock" project
2. Open the "testMaterialProperty" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press space (can be pressed multiple times to reproduce the issue)
Expected results: The Material change is visible on both Spheres in the Game/Scene view every time space is pressed
Actual result: The Material change is only visible on the right Sphere in the Game/Scene view every time space is pressed
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a5
Notes:
- The issue is reproducible only when the Animation Component is deleted during the Play Mode (while the animation is playing)
- It can be seen that the Material is changed in the Inspector but in the Game view/Scene view it's not visible
- There must be an Animation added in the Animation Component to reproduce the issue
- The Animation must have Renderer Property animated
- Deleting a disabled Animation Component will not reproduce the issue
