Reproducible on:
- Unity version: 2019.4.9f1
- Bolt version: 1.4.13 RC4
- Platform: Windows 10
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to Tool/Bolt/Manual to open the Bolt manual
Outcome Results:
- The manual has the wrong version

- The manual should have Bolt version 1.4.13
