[macOS] Mouse cursor texture has transparency glitches when running on non-native resolution
Custom cursor transparency glitches when the Build is run on a non-native resolution.
Steps:
1. Connect a monitor that has different screen resolution than mac (for example 1080P monitor + MacBook Pro with retina display)
2. Set screen to be mirrored (System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement > Mirror Display). Notice: the resolution on Mac changes to the same resolution as monitor
3. Build and Run user's attached project ("Cursor Quality.zip")
4. Disconnect the monitor. Notice: Mac resolution is back to standard resolution
5. Check mouse cursor
Result: mouse cursor glitches.
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0b3, 2017.2.1.p2, 2017.1.3f1.
Tested with: MacBook Pro 2015, macOS 10.13 + BenQ GL2450 1080P monitor.
Note:
-not reproducible if mac's resolution and monitors resolution is the same (not reproducible with iMac 2013 21.5 inch)

Resolution Note (2019.1.X):
The issue is no longer reproducible on macOS 10.14.2 with Unity 2018.1.0b1 on both Metal and OpenGL. We assume this was a driver issue with an older version of macOS.
