[macOS] Heavy performance issues when running an OpenGL build on macOS Catalina or Big Sur
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Make sure that Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Graphics API for Mac is set to 'OpenGLCore'
3. Build the project for Mac OS X
4. Launch the build
Expected result: The build has no performance issues
Actual result: The build has heavy performance issues
Reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5 (Reproduction inconsistent)
