[M1] Animated objects flicker in Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (linked in Edit)
2. Build and Run the project
3. Open built project and navigate to Grass Wind, Meteorite scene using the arrow keys
4. Observe that Grass Wind and Meteorite scenes flicker
Reproducible with: 2021.2.9f1 (12.1), 2022.2.0a4 (14.0.0)
Notes:
- Visuals of the issue are attached in Edits
- In Meteorite Scene Vertex offset causes flickering (it is applicable to regular objects and VFX), in Grass Wind animated grass, if grass is not animated flickering is not present

Not reproducible, have checked FTP, and Samples - Meteorite, Grasswind scenes. Used to reproduce on these scenes earlier, right now works as expected.
