[LWRP][Android] Scene is rendered darker in build when Graphics API set to GLES3 and Color Space set to Linear
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "LWRPLineasGLES3.zip" (or any project with LWRP set up)
2. Make sure platform is set to Android in the Build Settings
3. Make sure GLES3 is the only Graphics API and Color Space set to Linear in the Player Settings
4. Build and Run the project on a device
Expected result: The scene is rendered the same as in the Editor
Actual result: The scene is rendered noticeably darker
Reproducible: 2019.2.0b10(6.9.0),
Not reproducible: 2018.4.5f1(4.10.0), 2019.1.12f1(5.7.2), 2019.3.0a11(6.5.3)
Can't reproduce:
- 2017.4, because the package manager was not introduced
- 2019.3.0a11 (6.9.0), because of "'VFXManager' is inaccessible due to its protection level" error (case 1167156)

in my project the following happens when using LWRP + linear +GLES3 android:
UI elements toned darker
when turning on PP:
everything is toned darker
