[Linux] Hub doesn't accept Android license
Reproduction steps:
1. Download an editor with Android Modules selected
2. Accept Android usage license
3. Create a new Android project
4. Click File > Build Settings
5. Build the project for Android
Expected result: Build finishes successfully
Actual result: Gradle Build process fails with the following error: “Could not determine the dependencies of task ':unityLibrary:mobilenotifications.androidlib:generateReleaseRFile'.
> Failed to install the following Android SDK packages as some licences have not been accepted.
platforms;android-33 Android SDK Platform 3”
Reproduced with: 3.7.0, 3.8.0
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 22.04
Not reproduced on: Windows 10
Workaround: Launch ‘sdkmanager.sh’ in the Editor installation directory with ‘--licenses flag’: “…/Editor/Data/PlaybackEngines/AndroidPlayer/SDK/cmdline-tools/6.0/bin/sdkmanager --licenses”
