[Linux] Dropdown Menus are filled with empty entries when the Menu intersects with the Editors borders
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any Project
# Resize the Console Window so that its top border is close to the Editor Windows bottom edge
# In the Console Window click on the Kebab menu in the top right of the Window (three dots)
# Observe the Dropdown Menu
*Actual results:* When a Window is close to the edge Dropdown Menu has multiple entries at the top and is scrollable down, when scrolled down it can no longer be scrolled up
*Expected results:* The Dropdown Menu has no empty entries and is not scrollable
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.22f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.50f1
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04
