[Linux] Dropdown Menus are filled with empty entries when the Menu intersects with the Editors borders
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project
- Resize the Console Window so that its top border is close to the Editor Windows bottom edge
- In the Console Window click on the Kebab menu in the top right of the Window (three dots)
- Observe the Dropdown Menu
Actual results: When a Window is close to the edge Dropdown Menu has multiple entries at the top and is scrollable down, when scrolled down it can no longer be scrolled up
Expected results: The Dropdown Menu has no empty entries and is not scrollable
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.50f1
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04
