Shadow renders with jagged edges after switching platform to Android, iOS or tvOS
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project or create a new one.
2. Right-click in Hierarchy > 3D Object > Cube.
3. Right-click in Hierarchy > 3D Object > Plane.
4. Set 'Y' Position property value of Cube to '2'.
5. Go to Edit > Project settings > Quality
6. Change Android quality level to 'Ultra' and Anti Aliasing to '8x Multi Sampling'.
7. Switch platform to Android.
Actual Result:
Shadow renders with jagged edges.
Expected Result:
Shadow renders without any artefacts.
Occurring On: 2019.1.0a13, 2019.1.0a1
Working fine On: 2018.3.0f2

Resolution Note:
on 2018.3 variant "very high" was selected as active quality setting in editor, whereas 2019.1 variant was "ultra". Also shadow distance values are different in the two settings. Since shadow cascades are by default off on mobiles, that resulted in seemingly incorrect result, but actually it's expected
