LightmapSettings.lightProbes.count returns 0 when multiple scenes are loaded and 'Auto Generate Lighting' is disabled in one
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'MultiSceneLightProbe1.zip' project
2. Open 'SampleScene' scene (wait till Lighting is generated)
3. Simultaneously load 'Empty' scene
4. Enter Play mode
5. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Lightprobes count is 80 (Debug.Log() message)
Actual result: Lightprobes count is 0 (Debug.Log() message)
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0b9, 2020.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.11f1, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0a11
Workaround: enabled 'Auto Generate Lighting' in all the scenes and LightmapSettings.lightProbes.count should return the correct value
