Light intensity is lower when switching to WebGL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project "UIElementsUniteLATurretDemo-master.zip"
2. Navigate to Assets -> Scenes and open "UniteLA2018Demo"
3. Switch platform to WebGL
4. Notice the GameObject in the Scene are not enlighten anymore
Expected results: Lightmap does not change when switching to WebGL
Actual results: Lightmap changes when switching to WebGL
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a6, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a8, 2019.3.0b3
Note: Projects GameObjects are deleted in versions lower than 2018.3.0a6. Improved prefabs appeared in 2018.3.0a6
