Lighting window layout is corrupted and errors are thrown when no LSA is assigned
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open the attached project ([^Bug-LSA01.zip])
# Open SampleScene or EmptyScene01
# Open Lighting window (Window > Rendering > Lighting)
*Expected result:*
* Lighting window looks intact, and no errors are thrown, even if there's no LSA assigned
*Actual result:*
* Lighting window is offset, and two errors are thrown in the console (see [^Editor.log])
*Notes:*
* Reproduces in: 2023.1.0a16, 2023.1.0a17
* Does not reproduce in: 2023.1.0a15
* Observed on macOS
