Lighting in the background of the GameObject with ShaderGraph with "Unlit" HDRP Material gets overexposed when zoomed-in in the Scene View
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_36019" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Zoom close to the "Sphere" GameObject in the Scene view
Expected result: lighting around "Sphere" GameObject doesn’t change
Actual result: lighting around "Sphere" GameObject is overexposed
Reproducible with: 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a9
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1 (due to compiler errors and Scene view turning dark)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro

Resolution Note:
This is the expected behavior when you use auto-exposition mode. You get so close to the object that it is then the only thing use to calculate exposition and as it is low lighting compare to sky the background become white. To solve this switch to a fixed exposure.
