Light artefacts visible in Scene and Game view when changing Cube GameObject Scale Z Value to 0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create project using 3D URP template
2. Create Cube GameObject in the project
3. Make sure Cube GameObject is selected in the Hierarchy window
4. In Inspector window, change Scale Z value to 0
5. Observe Scene view
Actual results: Light artefacts are visible in the Scene view, light is too bright
Expected results: No light artefacts visible in the Scene view
Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0b7, 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.24f1, 6000.0.29f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.50f1, 2023.3.0b6
Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro, 2021 (M1), Sonoma 14.5, Windows 11, Ubuntu 22.04
Notes:
Reusing the same project and downgrading it has a different regression point:
