Letters y, g, p, q, j bottoms are cut off when they are in Project Settings category names
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Project Settings (Edit->Project Settings)
Expected result: y, g, p, q, j letters bottoms are not cut off
Actual result: y, g, p, q, j letters bottoms are not cut off
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.0a1, 2020.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.0f1, 2018.0.23f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a14, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a12
